I am looking for a series where the main character fits the following criteria:

1. Is extremely overpowered and is able to use his powers consciously (so no "alter-ego taking over" or "character fainting and then going to a frenzy" things)

2. Acts like a fool or a complete loser and avoids fighting (bonus points if he is also a coward or acts like one)

3. Other characters look down on him and/or make fun of him until they see how powerful he actually is. The more dumbstruck they get when they learn about his powers, the better.

4. Should be able to use his powers without needing certain items or conditions to do so.
If it's something like sword I guess it's ok, but he shouldn't need a gun or a mecha for example.
Getting further powered up by items or conditions is ok though.

Plus points if there is romance involved, but it's not necessary. No yuri/yaoi though.

It's ok if the main character is female, but male main characters are preferred.

Not necessarily, but there should be a part in the story where all 4 are present at the same time.

For example, he could be weak at first and then grow strong, but no one noticing in the meantime.

What I am mostly looking for is those moments where people realize he is overpowered and change their behavior completely.

Mob Psycho 100 I don't think he's a loser, but antagonists tend to think so: he looks lame, and weak and prefers to resolve conflicts without using his powers. All your other reqs fit.

Lazy but extremely smart protagonists tend to be like this too (e.g. Shikimaru). But they're OP because of their wits/scheming so might not be what you're lookin for:

Juin Gongi Himeul Sungim (Novel) Its an online novel that can be read online if you search up the name, its pretty good. It starts off with the MC already being op from the start but having to hide his strength for certain reasons. It is a survival, horror type of story, so if you're looking for something more on the comedic side like one punch man or mob psycho 100 then this is likely not for you. But I believe it fits all your requirements, he's literally the strongest in the world from the very first chapter. I don't know if this is a spoiler since it was in the first chapter but just to be safe, I'll put the spoiler tag around it.
It's a good read, I left out a lot of details but you probably get the gist, if your interested you should look it up.

Seoul Station's Necromancer (Novel) Also has a MC super strong from the very start and a ton of people underestimate him until they start to realize how strong he is but even then more people come around doubting him strength. It becomes really satisfying as the MC slowly beats those around him who think to underestimate him.

Also you could try looking at the tags with Protagonist strong from the start

If your looking for works on op mc that hide their powers if your not restricted to anime and manga I’d highly recommend reading Wuxia or Xianxian novels which are a genre of mc that become powerful or are already op. They fit your criteria and if you need specific recommendations on those theirs other forums for that. Hope this helps
