Most eggs, I like it with salt. But with hard boiled eggs, I actually prefer soy sauce.

I like to called it "organised mess"
I think my room is more cluttered than messy but I know where everything is.

No, but I'll clean it soon. It just needs dusting and a quick vacuuming. I live a very tidy and organized life.

I always keep my room clean. That doesn't mean all the surfaces are spotless and nothing's even a millimetre out of place, of course, but there are no cobwebs, only a light coating of dust at most (this is a tropical country, so dust settles barely a day after you wipe everything down), the floor is swept, the bed is made and the books are at the very least neatly stacked. Good enough for me!

I'm of exactly same opinion with tactics here. My room is messy, but this way I find it easier to find my stuffs and I do remember the spot whenever I throw (put) them.
So, no problem here. Sometimes I may clean it periodically. Though the 'period' may be very long ones spanning from months to years.
My option here is - No, I prefer it to be messy.

Yes, it is very clean. The only problem is that a third of the drawers have junk I don't need/want anymore and should get rid of.

Why isn't there an option to say "No"?
My room isn't clean.
I don't prefer it messy (though it is, as tactics said, an organized mess. Unlike the, superficially nice looking, utter and complete chaos, that is a room cleaned by my mother *really glad to be away from her*).
It's not going to be cleaned soon. (I'm not completely deluded)
As such, there is no available option, to choose.

Why isn't there a "Define Clean" option? The room itself is clean there's just a basket of clean clothes not put away.

My room is always kept relatively clean. My computer desk on the other hand is a mess.

Can't sleep unless it's clean ?
Well, I should say "tidy" and I do think there is a difference. If you always tidy and never dust or wipe, or wash your window, you will have cobwebs and spiders and not sure if that is the same thing as "clean".
But actually, I have found out that the first step to a messy room is putting clothes on the floor. As soon as you do that, game over.
So I have found that if I reeallly don't want to put them away at night, then putting them on something a little higher, like my hamper, or night table, helps me put them away later, because you don't have to bend over to pick them up (for some reason, just seems like too much work). Plus it's easier to see them pile up instead of strewn about the floor.
