There was this manga I skimmed through about 2-3 years ago on this site. CANT REMEMBER THE TITLE THO!!! At first i was horrified but I could never get the manga out of my head and came to look for it, but can't find it. The manga went something along the lines of:

"They live in a fantasy world and the genderbend, shoutacon boy is the queen. Once he gets framed for murder or something you gets put in a prison cell. Then there is a huge group men find out he is a male and use his body for (indecent) prposes. They treat terribly and he becomes a slave. Ex: Instead of providing food they give him thier cumm in a dog bowl."
