What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

Are there any stories where the female lead is raped (either at the start of the story or before) and it deals with her trying to have a normal relationship after that horrible event? The male lead helps her through it and she falls for him.

Mars (not 100% sure that she was raped though)
