I remember reading a yaoi a while back with a college setting and both the seme and uke were in the biology department. The uke was the senpai and really quiet I think? The seme was younger and straight I think? I can only remember vague details, like that there was always candy in the uke’s lab coat and a scene where the uke shows up and the seme had stayed over night in the lab?
