Hey there!

I am currently very interested in psychological/mental issues and would be curious about a manga/webtoon/other that focus on a protagonist who suffers from serious depression/burnout. I would highly prefer if the plot also (at least partly) revolves around the topic of depression.
BIG extra points go to manga where the depression do not have a clear /obvious cause (death of a close person), etc. Romance involvement/depression in relationships is another plus.

I'm generally open for all genres, but would prefer no yaoi/yuri or gender-bender.

Thank you very much ^_^ !

My Lesbian Experience with Loneliness is probably the big one.

A lot of Asano Inio manga explore this too. Oyasumi Punpun is probably the most well-known, but all of his manga have some aspects of burnout (or outright depression) to some extent.

I think Knife had some of this too? Though it's been a while since I've read it, so I could be wrong.

ib - instant bullet has this, but it's more of the soul-crushing despair-trauma type than burnout. Also, people seem to either love this or hate this, so YMMV.

Diamond Dust (KANG Hyung-Gyu).
You're looking for this. The summary is kinda lacking, but do give it a try!
