What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

This is something I read like 6 years ago but i forgot the title. Its about like a prince from a faraway land (?) And it was a tradition having a fortune teller(?) Introduce them to their fated partner through a magic ball and it was a guy from Japan. So the prince went to Japan to take him away ofc the Japanese dud was against it and the royal officials because cant produce heir I think. The Prince enrolled in the same highschool the Japanese uke did.

To be honest I have a feeling I'm mixing 2 yaoi stories here and there but worth a shot T_T. thanks in advance !
