So, manga is yaoi (maybe shounen ai) genre.
The plot is about two childhood friends, who are in a gang or something. One of them wants to become a voice actor, so his friend says they stop speaking in a dialect.
Also, there is a plot twist when one of boys start dating a girl. But this girl then admits, that she was sent by her brother (also a gang meber). So at the moment he and a girl were in a love hotel, his friend was in a trap set by her brother gang.
Also there are children who saves this friend from a gang.
