Looking for a car mechanic manga. It should be a manga before 2002 coz thats the year i read it. It's hilarious, the mechanic is blad, he modifed a nissan gtr R32 into convertible. Then modified a police car with two engine. Another story was he put a porsche engine in another car and raced in reverse. That' all i remembered.
