I'm looking for a manga that revolves around a profession or talent

I've read :

yakitate japan

skip beat

matsuri special

uwasa no midori kun

detective conan

and a few more i can't remember now

i read nodame cantabile and i liked the female lead and her talent but hated everything else they focused too much on side characters and crap that i had to skip many pages to see nodame . anyway nothing that focuses on the side characters more than the lead .and no weak loser leads unless they are gonna get strong later
