So the story is about twins brother that have a beautiful little sister who was 2 years younger. Their mother already died when they are young and their father was kinda eccentric

So the brothers will beating anyone who dare to make a move on their sister. People called them the devil brother , and if you want to date the sister you need to beat those two first.

The thing is , the two brothers are deliquent, and a strong fighter, the big brother was kinda deliquent but he is quite smart and was'nt that violent. The little brother was the most violent one, skipping school and always got into a fight, i think his name was Ryouhei.

The twin brothers love their little sister in romantic way and want to marry her, they are competing each other. The little sister was beautiful , kind and such, she was quite popular also she did'nt know that her two big brothers looks her as woman and want to marry her.

Their father was eccentric, i swear he looks like ichigo father from bleach, from his hair, his face, his personality. He always hit his two son, especially Ryouhei in comedic way. The two brothers admit to their father that they want to marry their little sister. They say no way that beautiful little sister was blood related to them, thinking their father most be adopting her.

the father hit their son and laughing and say "ahahahahahh if you think you are'nt blood related, go find your proof, if it were true, the one who found it first will married to her"

Thus the big brothers competing each other as rival. They try their best to find the proof from birth mark and such they still can't find the solid proof.

Btw this is old manga, i have read the tankubon manga in my friend house around year 2000-ish
