So, I got tired of mangas and i started reading comic books. Actually, i only read Watchmen, i tried deadpool and transmetropolitan but they both sucked. So my question is, What good comic book could i read?
nothing too childish or confusing.

I Kill Giants
House of Mystery
Madame Xanadu
Runaways, definitely the the first part. Everything after that is debatable
The Walking Dead. Best zombie anything
The Sword
Street Fighter Legends: Sakura
Fables
DMZ. Although lately....
Powers. Kinda turns the whole superhero genre on its side. really really good
Bomb Queen. I enjoy it, but then my tastes are a bit twisted at times.
The Ride. This one is made of various short stories. They're all barely connected. The one constant in all them is the ride in question.
Conan. I've only read the recent stuff so your mileage may vary.
Planet Hulk
Scott Pilgrim. technically its a comic
Coraline. I don't know about the movie, but the GN is awesome
The Incredible Hercules
Annihilation. As much as I dislike crossovers, this one is worth reading
House of M/Decimation. Same as above, but less so
torrents for most of these should be easier to find than some
There are some others but they are all but impossible to find in most instances. Even online they are not easy to come by.

What you want is the one of those 500 page showcase issue. Big old pieces of classic comic those ones. Only costs like 10 bucks too.(at least when I last bought them. They seem to be more pricey now)
I'd suggest checking out some of DCs Crisis stuff but you said nothing too confusing and those are like pure confusing.
You might enjoy the new(ish) Iron Man series Director of SHIELD. It's pretty entertaining.

Has no one mentioned Sandman?
A really great and unique series. More... fantasy bent than your typical comic, but a really wonderful plot which sticks to some traditional comic styles. The writing behind the art, and the amount of great artists... simply genius.
Coraline by the same author is twisted and just Coraline. Certaily worth reading.
Try checking out publishers like DC and see what they have to offer. Most series you can find a description of on Wikipedia, and might give you a good idea of what the series/volume is about and whether it suits your tastes.

Definitely try Wanted, The Walking Dead, and The Boys.
Reasons why you should read these:
1.None of them have any well known superheroes appearing in them.(batman, superman, iron man, any other kind of -man.)
2.They are all standalone comics so theres no wondering if you should read xxx MAX or xxx The New Adventures first. Basically theres no crappy spin offs of them.
3.They all feature unusual heroes which go past the commonplace stereotypes of good vs evil with no greys.(excepting Wanted but thats more evil vs evil anyway.)
4. No Ones Invincible. Basically you dont have the Superman scenario where no matter what happens you know its going to be okay with everyone safe in the end.
Anyways, if you want to read some great comics, start with these.
p.s. If you've seen Wanted the movie, disregard it. The comic is completely different and better in almost every way.

P.S. Dead Fantasy. Look it up.

A couple new comics that I've been reading. By new I mean brand new comics. if you want to start reading comics and you don't want to read through 600+ issues to get caught up these would be a good idea to pick up now.
North 40 - someone releases some kind of universal abomination on a small southern town. People get weird.
Greek Street - I can't even explain it. Its got a good first two issues
Bad Kids Go to Hell - Breakfast Club but in a cursed library.
Rapture - All the supers go to war with each other, destroy civilization and then leave for the stars.
The Unwritten - What if you had a character in a book based off of your life? what if your entire life was a sham?
The Last Resort - the first issue ends in a cliff-hanger. Not sure what's going to happen
The Unknown
Other comics I didn't mention last time
Bone - one of the best comic books ever.
We3 - its a little weird, and a little sad
Casey Blue - an athletic, attractive girl
Crossed - Its a curse, its a disease. Either way people get dead
Hexed - I'm still not sure what its about.
Hotwire - the souls of the dead don't go where ever they are supposed to go and instead bug the living crap out of the living
I Hate Gallant Girl - the title pretty much say it all
Mercy Sparx
Lost At Sea - Bryan Lee O'Malley is my favorite writer after Straczynski, the guy who wrote Rising Stars
Blue Monday - the less said about it the better. So just read it
Strange Girl - the rapture occurs and God takes his faithful. there's one family in particular, well a whole family except for the oldest daughter.
The Dreamer
Adrenalynn - I ain't gonna bullshit you. the real reason I like this one is because of the title.
Contract - bounty hunters. in space.
Happy hunting, and good luck.

i concur ^^ Wiki Sandman
Sandman is the greatest all around. plus Neil Gaiman did a spinoff with Amano called The Dream Hunters. <3 so pretty!!
Also you could try Elfquest by Wendi and Richard Pini or if you are in the mood for super-hero stuff my fav is Excalibur by the amazing Claremont. (i <3 Nightcrawler and Meggan!!)
anyway- hope that helps ^^
