story is about a love triangle involving the mc's childhood friend who's younger (short hair, maybe blonde hair) and his classmate (braids or pigtails). he goes back and forth between them a lot and in the end he chooses the childhood friend despite their age difference being probably large enough to be creepy (she was in middle school i think while he was in high school). by the end enough time has passed in the series that her hair has grown longer, she has probably graduated, and there's a creepy scene where she bathes with her dad and he remarks that she's looking more like her mother. there's a scene at the last chapter where she and the mc are getting ready to go back home after taking a trip together. at the very last page, they are standing next to each other as a train passes by. the mc's friend might have had an unrequited crush on a teacher. also the classmate girl had a creepy brother who loved her and he would make all the girls he dated wear glasses like she did lol.
