What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

The picture I have is of a a blond uke with a towel covering his erection which is still visible 😏 riding a black haired seme who has markings on his left side of his face and has horns that blend in with his hair which also has a small ponytail. Any suggestions of anything similar will be appreciated thank you.
