Some years ago I stumbled upon a horror?/romance anthology manga, the genre was either shoujo/josei. It included stories by a multitude of artists, so it's hard to pin down only one artstyle. I only remember one story vividly: about a girl either in middle school or highschool, and her vampire boyfriend. I think the entirety of this chapter took place in her apartment, and he was trying to coax her into biting her? At some point they lounged in the girl's balcony and she falls asleep (I'm guessing it was implied he bit her?). In the end her mother comes home.

I remember this very vaguely, so I can't recall anymore, but I'd be grateful if anyone helped me find it. I don't remember if it was a horror anthology with a bit of romance in it or a romance anthology with a random horror one-shot, but it was certainly an anthology, comprised of various one-shots. I only remember this story, so I'm sorry if it's not enough information.
