Our user yaoihentai suggested a poll similar to last week's, but now dealing with how many hours per week that you work. In case you didn't know, 40 hours is a special choice because it's a standard work week for many people in the USA.

You can submit poll ideas here
http://www.mangaupdates.com/showtopic.php?tid=3903

Previous Poll Results:
Question: How much do you get paid per hour in US dollars? (Convert from yearly salary if necessary)
Choices:
$51+ an hour - votes: 183 (4.5%)
$31-$50 an hour - votes: 202 (5%)
$21-$30 an hour - votes: 347 (8.6%)
$13-$20 an hour - votes: 692 (17.1%)
$8-12 an hour - votes: 575 (14.2%)
$0.01-$7 an hour - votes: 372 (9.2%)
I'm self-employed or own a business, so it varies too much - votes: 168 (4.2%)
I have an internship or volunteer position that doesn't pay - votes: 117 (2.9%)
I don't have a job right now - votes: 1382 (34.2%)
There were 4038 total votes.
The poll ended: July 27th 2019

People suggested that I separate the people who don't work into separate categories based on why they don't work, which I incorporated for this week's poll

Official I work 30 hours and 40 minutes in a week, practical I work 32 hours a week. The overtime I get back in free days. I will switch to 22 hours and 50 minutes next month, because of circumstances. So, it was rather difficult to chose.

31-39 hours, on the higher end that is. I´ll dwindle that down to the lower end over the next few years. The good thing is that I only work for 4 and a half days a week but getting down to 4 can only improve my quality of life.

not including volunteer work

I usually go home half to some hours late, sometimes since I still have some work, but most of the time since it's quite fun in my workplace mmm...
But yeah, it's 40 hours a week with a lot of downtime actually mmm...

61-70 hours on a good week, 80-90 on a bad week, though I went with the former because good weeks are still more common than bad ones (I expect this to become the reverse next year). Yes, this is the unpaid internship I was referring to in last week's post. And on the good weeks I still have to come home and study, so...

I officially have a 40-hour-a-week job but really I put in like 37 on average because of lunch. So I put 31-39 hours.

31-39 hours on average, in the busy season I work more than the 32~40 hours my contract has but in the less busy period it is more like 32~36 or so.

About the previous poll: There should have been an option for students, etc. (i.e. focusing on another priority/ studies/ health). For my own part, I'm a college student who tutors during the semester, i.e. not at the moment, and I need to get re-hired every semester so… If there had been a "focusing on studies" option, I would have selected that one, instead of feeling like a lazy leech for not having or looking for a job at present.

This poll: Last time I had a job off-campus, I was working about 44 hours a week, often more; I was a waitress, so I was paid house pay+tip, so the pay-per-hour fluctuated too much for me to say (it was usually above minimum wage, I think). There should have been an option for jobs like that.

I work 40+ hours per week. Additional 2-5 hours per week unpaid because I open and/or close up the office.
