Miura just launched and oversees Douruanki to train his assistant to match his art style, so that they can start helping him with the main art of Berserk and not just background details and technical stuff as shading, sfx sounds and so on. It has to be the reason why he switched to drawing digitally fairly recently. Meaning that the release schedule should pick up once Douruanki is done. It won´t run long and is obviously a side project. He also gave an interview for the launch of Young Animal Zero, as his team is doing the magazine's current flagship title. It´s not the first time I saw his posable anatomy dolls (including a horse) but those explain why Beserk´s anatomy is so lifelike. He draws his characters as basically flesh puppets before applying the skin and clothes. The shelves with the reference and historical books lastly remind me of the JoJo art studio. Him and Araki are true masters of their craft. Muira even had his assistant collect tree bark, lol.

Edit: I forgot to mention that Miura has another workplace elsewhere. That´s where he does the NAME (the draft storyboard) just by himself.
