ok so I forgot the title of the manga and I only remember a few things that occurred in the manga since I last read it:

They were friends when they were children now they are in high school
The girl likes the guy
the boy can't date the girl because of his mom so he rejects her
The boy had long hair, but he cut it
The girl looked like a boy but now looks more feminine since she reached highschool

More specific things I remember:
The girl needed bras, so she told her mother
I'm pretty sure the girl's brother passed so her mother was not very concerned too much about her life.
The boy had previous girlfriends, but he did not date them for long
the boy was sort of expressionless
