I rememeber this story that I read a while ago and just can't remember the name of it. Was hoping if I could find someone who knew what it was. I can't remember if it was a manga or manhwa or even a webcomic. I remember that it starts off at a school live in dorm and the main guy is stuck in his room for a couple of days due to the outbreak. It turns out it was caused by the water supplies at this school and he has been drinking from water bottles so he hasn't been infected. I remember this one guy who was really good with arrows and would go around killing for fun at the beginning before teaming up with the main guy and then there was this one girl who was a nurse or assistant at the school hospital that they later try to break into.

If anybody knew what this was called I would be so grateful.
