What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')

I love those little manipulative bitch-MCs who have their friends and such dancing on their fingers. Sneaky and smart. I recently watched an anime called number 24 about rugby and other than the sport, I got so much more for the topping. Especially the manipulative foxy MC. I loved his personality so much.
I want to watch/read anime/manga with male MCs with such personality please. Any genre is fine except harem, ecchi, hentai, yaoi and mecha.

Quan Zhi Gao Shou comes to mind...

EDIT: Just started reading Tomb Raider King and I'd say that one is quite a good fit as well.
