What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

I've read all the chapters available as of today and it gives me kind of an Otome vive, so I was wondering if this is based on an Otome Game similar to how Loved by King Bs got a webtoon, if anyone knows I'd love you to tell me.
