Care to be more specific? Like do you want something about the characters just living their life while doing their occupation (Like Rail Wars!), or do you want something more about their occupation (Like Sumiyaki Monogatari)? Also, does the occupation have to be real?

I had to hurry to post it so my bad about specificity. I want something characters just living their life while doing their occupation. Also occupation does not have to be real and I prefer completed manga.

there is Toshokan Sensou - Love & War but i honestly liked the anime more since both were adapted from the novel Toshokan Sensou (Novel) and while the manga took more of a shojo romance path the anime balanced the romance and the plot better in my opinion. still the manga wasn't bad so you can check it out.

you are welcome! and yes i have a few more in mind which are Working!! and Blend S. they are similar 4-koma comedy manga with interesting characters and they both take place in a cafe/restaurant. so if you like one of them you'll probably like the other too. there is also Amagi Brilliant Park. i didn't read the manga but i watched the anime and im guessing both the anime and the manga adapted the novel pretty much the same so you can check that out as well! 😀
