Where to buy digital version of this manga? I couldn’t find it . There are just used ones.
How can i buy that legally?. What does it mean if there is no place that sell it?.

They probably don't sell it digitally. Japan has a huge resale market for physical media, and has always been stingy about digital releases. If you really want to buy it, physical may be your only option. However, if you want a digital copy, scans are easy enough to find.
