I don't see shy I would care where someone is from, when stating that clearly obvious and indisputable fact, but...
What's the thing about Asian countries (such as Iraq, Syria, Iran, India, Kazakhstan, Mongolia etc), in regards to that, that you're referring to?

The poll includes specific "Alaska Native" and "Native Hawaiian",
but Indian, Chinese, Arab, and South Asia...
all strikingly different, but all included in "Asian"? xD

Maybe the question title for poll should be more specific, like, (for US citizen only) or (based on US census) as stated in News. Poll is in left bar and displayed whatever page we're in, but not everybody entering MU from main page/News

Can't comment much about most of the Middle East as I know little about it after the fall of Rome (With some highlights of the Turks kicking off the Crusades by declaring themselves "honorary Semites" and making Islam even more radicalized than it already was), aside from the fact that most of anything for the past 70 years has been the fault/involvement of the U.S., Europe, and Russia. In regards to India, all I know that they want the Chinese to the East and the Pakistanis (Who used to be Indian) to the West to leave them alone. In regards to Kazakstan, you have hilarious instances where Russia outlawed the highly debated Book of Veles due to it's implications of Slav ancestry (Which was already a touchy subject for them, but Soviet propaganda ramped that shit into the extreme) having to do with the Kazaks. And, with Mongolia, despite being the literal fathers of Modern China (IIRC, the remainder of true pure Chinamen are in pockets along the Southern parts of the country, or fled to one of the other "Chinese" dominated states; majority of the current population in Red China are a mixture of every single society that lorded over the Chinese territory for the past several centuries), they want them to fuck off, as well, in the worst way possible.

This poll is quite specific to the US ,I would suggest this poll instead for the next time .The names are continents /regions and they don't leave as much controversy :

What is your dominant heritage/origin?
European/Caucasian
African
Asian
Native American (north/south/islands)
Oceania /Polynesian native
Middle Eastern
Hispanic
Two or more races (i.e., mixed)

It might be a bit messier but it includes most heritages .I only included the distinction of Hispanic since most Americans are mixed but identify themselves with that instead of mixed or their dominant heritage .It's true you could also include the India subcontinent , divide Africa in north/south ...

Btw: just as Hispanic originally meant "form the Iberian Peninsula" and Latino refers to "something of Latin origin"(Ex.: Italy ,France,Spain,Greece...) but many Americans find it strange to refer to European things as latin. Similar to how many US people call Spanish almost anyone from America instad of the people from Spain and instead created the word "spaniard" in order to distinguish.

I have all kinds of races. In my country I'm considered white, but that's only because everyone else is darker.

Thanks for humoring me, lambchopsil! It's so cool to see how manga is universal and share-able with all. <3

It warms my heart to see people of all races standing united in their ardent belief that the U.S. census is poorly written. :ā€™) Iā€™m white.

@Transdude1996 Sorry for the late reply, but... Why didn't you answer my question?

@Joese Latino comes from latinoamerican. Also whilst your list includes most heritages (but not inuits), it is very wrong, as it puts multitudes of wildly different ethnicities under the same options. Far from uncontroversial.

And, this just happened.

Quote from Russell Vought, Director of the Office of Management and Budget
It has come to the President's attention that Executive Branch agencies have spent millions of taxpayer dollars to date "training" government workers to believe divisive, anti-American propaganda.

For example, according to press reports, employees across the Executive Branch have been required to attend trainings where they are told that "virtually all White people contribute to racism" or where they are required to say that they "benefit from racism." According to press reports, in some cases these training have further claimed that there is racism embedded in the belief that America is the land of opportunity or the belief that the most qualified person should receive a job.

These types of "trainings" not only run counter to the fundamental beliefs for which our Nation has stood since its inception, but they also engender division and resentment within the Federal workforce. We can be proud that as an employer, the Federal government has employees of all races, ethnicities, and religions. We can be proud that Americans from all over the country seek to join our workforce and dedicate themselves to public service. We can be proud of our continued efforts to welcome all individuals who seek to serve their fellow Americans as Federal employees. However, we cannot accept our employees receiving training that seeks to undercut our core values as Americans and drive division within our workforce.

The President has directed me to ensure that Federal agencies cease and desist from using taxpayer dollars to fund these divisive, un-American propaganda training sessions. Accordingly, to that end, the Office of Management and Budget will shortly issue more detailed guidance on implementing the President's directive. In the meantime, all agencies are directed to begin to identify all contracts or other agency spending related to any training on "critical race theory," "white privilege," or any other training or propaganda effort that teaches or suggests either (1) that the United States is an inherently racist or evil country or (2) that any race or ethnicity is inherently racist or evil. In addition, all agencies should begin to identify all available avenues within the law to cancel any such contracts and/or to divert Federal dollars away from these un-American propaganda training sessions.

The President, and his Administration, are fully committed to the fair and equal treatment of all individuals in the United States. The President has a proven track record of standing for those whose voice has long been ignored and who have failed to benefit from all our country has to offer, and he intends to continue to support all Americans, regardless of race, religion, or creed. The divisive, false, and demeaning propaganda of the critical race theory movement is contrary to all we stand for as Americans and should have no place in the Federal government.

That's simply Trump being his racist self.
Twisting/breaking the truth and claiming that the clearly obvious is the opposite of what it is, and accusing others of what they aren't guilty of, but which rather he is actually guilty of himself.
Happens all time. I've grown numb to it. (not like I can do anything about it, anyway, not being an American)

Also: Why didn't you answer my question?

How is Trump being racist for demanding that any organization, that is even remotely tied to the government, is to have their funding pulled for showing any bias, discrimination, or favoritism towards any citizen due to their physical appearance or national origin.

Why didn't you answer my question?

Because I did answer it.

You know that every word of his statement, the statement you quoted, and your statement now, is a lie.
Completely misrepresenting those they condemn, presenting false "facts", and making fallacious arguments.

No, not in the least bit. Not in any way, shape or form.
Your "answer" was all purely irrelevant stuff, that did not, in any way, address the question.

In response to both of your statements: HOW? Can you please quote the exact parts that are fictitious, fallacious, irrelevant, and/or disingenuous; and bring up sources explaining how and why those parts are fictitious, fallacious, irrelevant, and/or disingenuous?

Quote from Expected Strawman Responce
Oh, come on, you know why.

No, I don't. As far as I know, Trump's action is in response to the leak coming out that the companies who produce the parts for America's nuclear arsenal are spending their funds on telling the minorities in the company to shut the fuck up, sit the fuck down, hate on anyone who's "white", and you're suffering from "internalized racism" if you disagree with any of our propaganda and should be ashamed of yourself if you don't accept it as "truth".
