What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

I feel like I searched the whole internet but I can't find site where to find all the Hikari Zone scanlations...I want to read this doujinshi so bad tho. Does someone know where i can find a link or something? How come the scanlation group is unfindable on the net?
