What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

How much per page are you offering? I have 8+ years experience in Photoshop so cleaning/redrawing is super easy for me.

I can proofread English translations! I see a lot of translated manhua/manga that doesn't have coherence in some translation
