Everytime I go the site on home internet get a connection reset error where I can't access site.

I got this same error 4 days ago where a mod helped fix it.

Looking through comments seems some others gotten site cant be reached errors. Not sure if they also gotten connection reset error like me.

Besides fixing it could the mods explain what the issue is since I'm experiencing same issue after a couple days.
