What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

]In this manga the female lead goes to a magical school and is the only one who didn't have sone sort of magical apprentice??.... The male lead is strong and the students have some sort of levels going on. Everyone thinks te female lead is sooo cute and call her white something sama..... Im sorry for the bad description its been so since i read it and was hoping to find it again
