And the Male lead doesn't have to learn a lesson at all
And it could be the other way around the female lead dose the above things towards the main character and I don't mind whose perspective you see it from or the genre

I'm looking for a romance where the male lead is in love with another character while dating the main character such as the first chapter of Kimi Dake Ni Ai Wo or where the male lead cheats on the main character but they still somehow manage to get back together for example the last chapter of Koibana(Love War)
