I'm looking for a couple of specific shounen ai/ yaoi manga.

The first is about two high school boys who meet. One is an art major who is unable to show any emotions at all but he can feel them (it was also explained later on that his mother is the same way) but the other character learns to read his expressions as they get to know each other.

The second is where two childhood friends live next door to each other. One lives in a shrine and pretty much stands up for the main character who is easily terrified. The one boy is able to see spirits and the one from the shrine I believe is able to exorcise them but can't see them. They get invited to an occult club and their first activity is to go on a test of courage type trip where the main character is attacked by a spirit when he is falls behind.

The last one is about a detective who is able to read the minds of people he comes into contact with. His new partner is in love with him but the MC is terrified to touch him.
