Is there any procedure to reporting groups that very obviously steal all their content from other groups or people?

aloalivn directly copied from this manganic plus video made by the group manganic.
Most damning part being the actual words "manganic plus" on the last page of aloalivn's version and the seemingly random 2 letter words being copied over like "I went to nm-!" at 0:10 .

"Forced to Become the Villain’s Son-in-law":
aloalivn seems to be a word for word copy of this youtube video by the group VoVo scans
"he is" => "heis" at 8:22 due to text being close together in the video and "you!" => "yow!" at 2:16.

"Otherworldly Evil Monarch":
aloalivn (94) seems to be a word for word of this youtube video (96)
chapter numbers are different but are the same content, text shuffled for no good reason in the left text bubble at 1:40.

"My Disciples are Super Gods/all Immortals":
aloalivn seems to be a word for word of this youtube video
Video has the first page with 2 textboxes missing so its just "AAAAA" in those, invading =>wading at 3:15, surrendered=>surrendertdi and sihai city is => sihai city 15 at 3:54.

"Against the Gods":
aloalivn seems to be a word for word from this youtube video
? => : at 1:37, same typo in ancestors at 2:02, same use of ; at 2:45 (could also be in the raws so unsure if this can be counted)

"Divine Emperor":

Includes the "We're arrived." grammar error at 11:16.

"Heavenly God Mnemonic":

Same unfitting "don't surprise" at 0:31, suprising error dodge=>dogde, "I will reply you!" at 6:11, a few more missing instances of "the" that are copied over 7:33, 9:37

"did you really gave" copied at 1:06, [] changed into some weird characters at 2:43 which has happened many times throughout "It Starts With a Kingpin Account" as well , ~ to an ® at 3:11.

"sant" instead of "saint" at 1:25, G and S seeming to be confused with this font a bunch at 1:25 and 2:18, origin=> orion and fengyi => pensyi at 3:51, past this point an error seems to pop up in each of the textboxes until 5:31 and starts again from 6:24.

aloalivn seems like a word for word copy of this youtube video
A page is missing in the video where a character stammers a persons cultivation level which was likely supposed to be "stage.... foundation stage" or something similar but is translated as "build..... foundation period"

"Sword of Benevolence"/"Mercury Express":
Didnt remove the watermarks off the pages which show the site they took it from.

"The Last Human (c302-current)"/"The Immortal Emperor Luo Wuji has returned"/"An Unparalleled Martial Arts Spirit"/"Tales Of Herding Gods"/"Inverse Scale":
They didnt even bother to change the front pages of the site that its taken from.

"The Blood Princess And The Knight":
Or the group they took it from.

"My Wife is a Demon Queen":
aloalivn no errors to check against but seems to be a word for word of the english part in this youtube video
Only difference being the (principal) part at 7:57 not being copied.

"Release That Witch":
aloalivn seems to be a word for word copy of this youtube vid.

"King Killer Reborn"/"Lian Fei Wei Bao":
Was not able to find anything for these so I am willing to believe aloalivn actually translates these ones themself.
