What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')

Hi, thanks for reading this!

As the title says I try to translate JP manga with machines (Google Translate etc.). This does, of course, not mean I only copy/paste straight from GT. I am doing my best for a good translation, however, I have no way to check whether it is correct. So, I might just make bad translations without noticing it.

Since I know many groups do not want MTL's I decided to make a topic myself. I have a little bit of experience with MTL. I have some manga's I am interested in translating (I have raws) however I am open to another series too if it seems interesting 😀
