What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

I'm looking for a vampire manhua I've read before and I've seen posted as videos to YouTube. On YouTube its called Tomb Blood but searching that brings up nothing. Pleas elect me know if a summary or further information is needed and I will do my best to provide it if it will help for someone to provide me the actual name of this manhua.
