Hello everyone! This is my first time posting, and I'm not sure if this suggestion has been made before or not, but I just wanted to suggest an option for the advanced search feature. Mangaupdates is my favorite site to look for lovely mangas to read. I love the advanced search feature. But I usually hate reading incomplete works, and onceshots really aren't my thing, either. Especially since there are too many promotional oneshots recently! (I would love to read the original novel if the promotional oneshot is interesting, but the translated novels are very rare! It just frustrates me when I can't read the rest of the story.) So I would appreciate it very much if we could search for completed works excluding oneshots. Thank you in advance!

It's under extended options when you're using advanced search. Pick "Only show completely scanlated manga". Oneshots along with other completed series are under "Only show completed (including oneshots) manga"

"Only show completely scanlated manga" includes oneshots as well. What I want is to search for "completely scanlated manga (excluding oneshots)."

I'd suggest you go to your favourite manga ==> List Stats ==> completed lists/custom lists
Then check out the public list of someone that liked it and has a high percentage of series in common.

You can repeat in with other mangas or just go to an old topic in a genre you like of the forum /admins or other random people that joined ages ago and check their complete lists.

The filter used to work, so try sorting by rating and not putting too many filters (popular series are usually well tagged).

Even if you manage to filter out the one-shots with tags here or in another page, be careful of series that were axed or have terrible/rushed endings .
