What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)

Oh well, we are in need of a Chinese Translator for Cross Over manga. we would be continuing the chapter where Animescans dropped.

We have all the staff ready to start work. We just need a translator to make things going.
