umm, I haven't read it myself, but according to the summary, the girl from No Free Time To Get Dirty seems to fit.

One of the main characters in Yasashii Sekai no Tsukurikata fits the bill. She is known to hop from man to man, but has a pretty sad back story that explains her behavior patterns.
Sayaka in Bokura wa Minna Kawaisou also fits, though she doesn't necessarily sleep around with guys, she just toys with them and destroys their world for fun. (I think she is credited with causing something like 100 college circles or clubs to fold due to infighting caused by her messing with the guys in the club.) Mayumi, on the other hand, does sleep around with lots of guys, but is the one being played each time, not the player. She is a player magnet, so to speak. Sadly, the 15 year old friend of Usa (the main character) who has the hots for her might be the best guy she has a chance with in the series. If he wasn't underage and somewhere over 10 years younger than her... Yeah... not a good thing...
Ayano from Seishun Pop! is one of the three main characters and she BECOMES a kind of player in the process... though there is a more common, more coarse term that is more accurate for what she becomes...
Kyouko from Sundome is definitely a player. She has a reputation as a party girl who is willing and able. This is another manga with a serious amount of "issues", including some serious fetish issues and a massively depressing story line in the long run. It is also very mature, so check it out before reading. (It is a better story than Seishun Pop!, but is just as intense in its objectionable content.
There are several more, but very few where the female player is the main character. There is one that I remember reading part of where the main character is a quiet boy who ends up being pursued by, then pursuing, a girl who has a bad reputation and is, at least, thought to be the player type. I don't remember the name now, and I wish I did. (I lost my app that I used to read on when my tablet died.) It had serious potential... I'll have to keep an eye out for it and hope it gets updated and I notice it.
