For all of those who doesn't know whats dragon skin watch the first link. Very amazing body armor that can stop 5.56 rounds, (M4&M16 bullets) 7.62 rounds, (Ak-47 bullets) and 9mms. Clearly a great armor, the CIA and police forces loves it but the US Army banned dragon skin saying that it failed like a bitch in its own test. I find it hard to believe it failed. The army banned dragon skin two months before it was tested, banned in March but tested in May.

nahhh, that's not impressive, a few month ago, they found a compound, like magnet dust, that becomes super strong and bond instantly together after applying pressure. So, put those dusk in a jacket and it'll stop a bullet. It's so cool because without the pressure, the compound remains in a dusty solid state.

i find it to be pretty amazing. of course it wouldn't help if someone shoots at ur head or neck. 🙁

i used work for this gun company. etc. had no idea how dangerous this stuff really is. call me ignorant but eh.

No kind of armor can protect from a head shot or from a grenade blow. yeah the armor would withstand the blow. But not the guy inside.
