... with this guy(mangaka) being as good as he is with adding plots to the manga where no one was specting. I'd love to see if any of you is as crazy as him and can think what he will do. I went with one skil to revive sasuke cuz that just plain sick and will make plot get longer O_o

Maybe he gave Naruto the ability to use Tsukuyomi...in order to show Sasuke the truth about Itachi's actions or something like that (since it's very likely Madara lied to Sasuke)

Hahaha...he obviously gave Naruto the Sharingan. Seriously, everyone has one. But I digress..It was probably some sort of anti-sharingan power.

Not the Sharigan because doesn't that recquire an Uchiha eye possessing the Sharigan to be transplanted in Naruto's eye? So I'd say a piece of Itachi is in him that will "come out" like his father did when he went Kyuubi crazy and then Itachi will tell Naruto the truth of why Sasuke is a total ass. If not, he left Naruto an uknown power that will help against Madara. I'm thinking a technique that can counter the Mangkekyo Sharigan that can control the Kyuubi. I seriously can't think of anything else. 😐 Ugh I have to wait another week for a chapter. 😢

What we know for sure is that the ability is supposed to be something to help Naruto stop Sasuke in case the two of them ever fight. I'm assuming that means something which would disable the sharingan, but who knows? Maybe it's something more than that.

If I was Itachi, I'd want to make 100% sure that Naruto could win that fight. I'd also want it to be a fight that would end relatively quickly. A dragged-out fight carries the possibility of Sasuke being critically injured, which Itachi obviously doesn't want, and it would be equally bad if Naruto were critically injured since Itachi has basically handed over the brotherly reigns to Naruto. Sooo... whatever power Itachi gave to Naruto, my guess is that once it activates, it has the ability to ensure an immediate win in Naruto's favor. (Of course, this is Kishimoto we're talking about, so the ability won't activate until after the aforementioned dragged-out fight.)

On the flip side, this is the kind of manga that gives its main character all the toys: the strongest demon beast, the strongest hokage for a father, a legendary ninja for a teacher (Jiraya), legendary combat techniques (rasengan and sage mode)--hell, Naruto even has a prophecy written about him! I wouldn't at all be surprised if Kishimoto didn't use this as an excuse to also give Naruto the sharingan, AKA the manga's favorite technique.

I was wondering which chapter is it that itachi gave power to naruto? If he did give power to Naruto, I think he would give naruto that something he already master which is his skills in Genjitsu. would be interesting to see naruto use genjitsu, which was something he never excelled at just like his clone jitsu.
