that's a page from the scanlator group not the actual chapter, so it's often taken from other mangas that they liked, similar to the credit pages before and after it. So he/she wants to know what that picture is from because the characters do not look like they come from this manga.

This is just a guess, and a pretty farfetched one at that, but the art style makes me think it could be Haruka: Beyond the Stream of Time. Sorry if I'm wrong!

I have no idea what it is... But from the way they're dressed, it's probably a historical manga set in China or Korea. I don't think it's a manwha or manhua though, because the art style still looks japanese.
