I have another idea: Full Metal Panic!. The guy is certainly more innocent and the girl often assumes that he's perverted. But you might have read/watched it.

I'm not sure if My Barbaric Girlfriend counts, as it's a gender bender where the guy and girl switch bodies. So the girl in the guy's body is a lot more perverted than the guy in the girl's body... But up to you how you interpret their genders.

In Ultimate!! Hentai Kamen, I think I that the girls were more perverted than the guys, but I can't remember for sure.

I wouldn't exactly call the female lead in Angel Densetsu perverted, but the male lead is definitely more innocent.

I'm sure I remember reading something that was exactly like what you asked for... but I've read so many manga that I can't remember what it is and it doesn't appear to be on my lists.

i'm looking for manga where most/all of the girls are perverts and the guys (mostly main protagonist) is the victim to their actions. where the girls do things like, peeping at the guys in the bathroom/stalls, barging in on their baths, having ecchi thoughts, yaoi fangirls, etc. in humorous ways. can anybody help me find these? *Note: no gender bender, unless it's a girl dressed as a boy ONLY, and ONLY a small number of shoujo/josei manga w/this element; i'm looking for this in more shounen/seinen manga.*
