What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?

Question about Naoya and Aoe

So I started reading it today, am in vol 4 right now, even thought I have kinda read Vol 11 before, just for curiosity; but now that i have read since the begining i have a question. In vol 11 Aoe end whit other guy that is not Naoya, so my question is Naoya die? confused confused none becouse they are just to Awww to not end together.

I dont mind being spolied, please anyone could answerme WHY they do not end together?

It's a good thing you read volume 11 and not any of the earlier volumes then. O_O

From what I recall volume 11 is all about Aoe and Tat-san's past; takes place a little after both of their relationships with Naoya and Izumi are stabilized and they decide to go back to England(?) to visit their friend's (Tat-san's uncle) grave. So that man that shows up in that volume is an old friend of theirs that passed away. That man was also Aoe's first love, so it shows their relationship together from beginning to end.

Anyway, Aoe and Naoya do end up together. If you read the whole volume 11 it does show Naoya a bit so he didn't die.
