Hey there :] I'm looking for a manga that I forgot the name of. It's about a nurse (I think ..) who has a small chest and sets out to get implants or something like that. On the way I think she meets a guy who's sort of a pedophile and is attracted to her prepubescent looking body. I think she is attracted to him, but is repulsed because he turns handsome randomly (due to the power of love, lol, I'm serious).
