I'm currently reading Life (which is not yet completed) and already finished Vitamin. Any suggestions for a manga that revolves around a bullied girl? Also a hint of romance is nice....

I prefer Shoujo.

There's Happy Tomorrow (SUENOBU Keiko), it's from the same author as Life and Vitamin. The first story features that.

Kimi ni Todoke has some bullying
Dokebi Bride It's a supernatural, but the main female is constantly bullied by her family
Doll Star a major element of this is bullying but it's not shoujo

The bullying is not as severe as in Suenobu Keiko's works, but there is some in:
