I think they're all cool. But Mihawk takes the cake.
After that I would pick Boa Hancock and Crocodile.

At first i only like Mihawk character, i thought he was awesome and then we're introduces to Boa Hancock which is kinda crazy and funny. 
So i like those two best, but then Oda started to make Crocodile look good in recent chapters and i'm beginning to think that there's more to his cruel character which is kinda cool. So what the heck right, Mihawk, Hancock and Crocodile, i like them all equally

lol, BB isn't a shichibukai either anymore, but I guess it doesn't matter.
Doflamingo. His character is still so obscure and he basically planted the seed that grew into the whole arc at Sabaody Archipelago. Plus he's cool, besides having a fruity name like flamingo.
Second is probably hancock, cause... boobies.
