I deal with it by finding something not disappointing... Dead serious

Hmm...when I'm dissappointed...I tend to forget what dissappointed me right away. I don't like bad memories. laugh

Quote from The Guy
Naw seriously though, I like to take a really deep breath and scream from the top of my lungs FUUUUUUUUUCK!
.

I would also have to agree that words used to "enhance sentances" are a good way to vent, but personally as an avid weight lifter, I find some form of physical training the best way to deal with any negative feelings. And remember, "Don't get sad, get RIPPED!"

Always think of the worst outcomes, so disappointment won't be a problem.

Otherwise, I just mope. Yes, mope. And then I get over it~

When I disappoint myself, I tear myself apart about it for a while, then I decide to try to learn from my experience.. I take both negatives and positives from it. Or I exercise until I'm too tired to think about it.

disappointment isn't an option really for me; i usually map things out, look at possible outcomes and depending on the outcome, decide how to act or what steps to take after that to eventually get to what i want or would be satisfied with so in a shorter way of saying it: i keep moving along

my view of it is: if it can't help you in some way, why do it? moping around and being all sulky is really just a waste of time; in the hours and days i mope around, i could have gotten a lot of things done in that time. time is precious, why waste it on something that won't make you stronger or happier?

I am always expecting the worst to happen, always. But I still have hope that I'm wrong, so when I'm right, the feeling is even worse! dead

How do I deal with it...not very well, because I don't. Or rather, I turn into a 5 year old. It's especially bad when a person disappoints me. Because it just happens over and over and over and over. I sulk. Big time.

I so see it coming, but that doesn't mean it won't disappoint me even less. If anything, more.

I don't suggest you expect the worse, because that's exactly what I do and it keeps me from having dreams or expecting anything from anyone, so it keeps me from being outgoing and keeps me in a neutral state.

Thankfully though, there are times where I am actually prepared for the disappointment, or times when I don't care either way; that's why I'm still alive xD

When it's a person who has disappointed me then I just write out a short story and kill them in it. Kinda odd but it works laugh

I remember two things.
First: It can always get worse.
Second: Life is filled with disappointment.

Depending on how big the disappointment is it can take longer to get over, but I always do.

I never even try, so I don't really
get disappointed. Magically I still tend
to survive with slightly above average results
or good results or even with very good results
and sometimes with perfect results.

I deal with disappointment by attempting to forget about it. If I don't think about it, I'm not affected about it. Over time, it doesn't disappoint me that much anymore. :3

Humor is always an awesome way of dealing with it. And also, cute things. *____*

I'd turn to youtube for my favorite cute-kitty-videos, or anything animal related, or watch some funny videos from wkuk. :3
Those are my defaults when disappointment, anger, and sadness makes way here. :[

if i really get disappointed??
hmmm...
i would rat about it and become frustrate about it for one hour...ask my friends to comfort me by hugging me and patting my head...go and buy ice cream...stare at the clouds...rent some comedy dvds...watch anime...read manga...wait for night time to stare at the stars...call my mom...play with my dog<btw hes named cloud strife>...stare at the stars...breathe air<afterall its si free>...

but i am not often disappointed because i get contented with what i have...fufufufu...im an optimistic person!! laugh
