a supernatural manga where the characters have some special power but i don't want a manga that displays the usual powers like telekynesis or flame control a manga where there are the most stravagant power (it's ok even if instead of super power the characters use magic)

second Psyren it might sound like regular superpowers but the way they are classified and presented is very unique.
Maou: Juvenile Remix definitely has strange powers.
Tenkuu Seiryuu - characters are manifestations of "dragons"
Demon Seiten - kind of hard to explain, but the way demons are presented is pretty refreshing here.
Luck Stealer - title is self-explanatory
Yumekui Kenbun - great art, awesome twists, kind of has a Pet Shop of Horror feel
Gakuen Sousei Nekoten! - transforming cats with unusual powers. this author is pretty good about coming up with unique works.
Moto no Moto no Ana no Naka - power centered around books
