What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)

I learn that people put so much emphasis on insignificant things (i.e the kony 2012) I mean this guy have been abducting children for 20 years for sexslaves and soldiers and now after 20 years you want to put a stop to it? Well at least for them it's a great way to rob people blind of their money right?
