What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)
Have the character use different slang (e.g., 'pops' instead of 'dad')
Minor speech pattern differences (e.g., dropping the 'g' in '-ing' words)
No difference in translation but have a translation note

i never read it before... but i once read the description on MU..and i want to start reading it... if i'm not mistaken it's about an amateur mangaka group (i'm not really sure)... the only thing that i do surely remember is that on the description image the title of the manga was written spirally...

its either Bakuman or G Senjou Heaven's Door, those are the only manga's about mangaka's I know
well there is Moeyo Pen
