I can't believe I'm already asking for suggestions. Don't worry, I don't normally ask for suggestions, but when I just can't seem to find anything my last resort is to ask someone else. I looked up the term "boyish yaoi" in the search function, and there didn't already seem to be a topic like this (feel free to point out any if you think they pertain to what I'm asking, though).

Now, I love NAONO Bohra 's works, but there comes I point where I really want to read yaoi with younger protagonists. What I'm really looking for is manga with (preferably) schoolboys/teens/young college students that look like real boys. What I mean by this is that the characters of the yaoi have softer features but you can still tell that they're boys. A great example of this would be Hajimari no Glashma or Boku wa Boku narini. Where the characters look cute, but not feminine, manly but not oozing masculinity.

I want both the seme and uke to look this way, although whether one is older than the other isn't a big issue. I also prefer yaoi that have brunnette ukes (don't really know why), but that's a small thing, and the suggestions don't have to have an uke of a specific hair color. Also, I'd really not like there to be fantasy elements in this manga. Normal life is good. And please, only suggest manga that's got at least one release. I get disappointed when I see that a manga that looks interesting isn't scanned.

I hope these aren't too specific of specifications. There's a lot of leeway room there, so any manga you think fits the criteria probably will fit the criteria. Thank you!

Maybe Boku no Shiru Anata no Hanashi? But it's not quite you're looking for.. (younguer seme, older uke)
You can check this thread too:
- Manly Uke
...Are you looking in some genre in specific? Drama, maybe?

No Money more like a lil girl
[m]Jounjo Romantica[/m]
Ai to Yokubou wa Gakuen de adorable

all of CHITOSE Piyoko's art hve rather boyish feeling to them, at least i think so, anyway.
if you're looking for boys, as in like KIDS, then there's shouta category.

That's why you put it on your wish list, so that you can at least keep watch of it if it's ever scanlated. It's better than missing out on something potentially good.

Doukyuusei (NAKAMURA Asumiko)
Little Butterfly
Aitsu no Daihonmei
Seven Days

Also I wouldnt really count No Money because Ayase looks more like a girl and theres no way Kanou looks boyish. He's huge and incredibly manly looking. At times it looks like shota or lolicon.

No, I don't mean shota. I like the works of shota, but that's not what I'm looking for. I'm not specifically looking for "manly" yaoi either. If you look at a regular high school student, he doesn't look super adult or super girly, does he? His looks would fall into the middle, the "boyish" category. As for genres, I don't really care, except I'd rather it not be full of never ending angst.

Thanks for the suggestions, though! I've been meaning to read Seven Days, I've jut never gotten around to it. . .
