any manga where the the guy is obsessively in love, where he only wants the one he loves for himself- like saying "you're mine", it would be nice if he was also jealous too- can be boy/girl or shounen ai/yaoi

You could try Suzuka. But it does take some reading, starts off slow (and kind of perverted, think ecchi) but it gets better later on in the story (with a lot less ecchi i am happy to say)

Sensei wa Ore no Mono -- The guy is so in love with his school nurse. Not that kind of obsessive, but he sure is crazy over her.

Watashi no... Megane-kun -- this is definitely an obsessive kind of love. Both the girl and the guy are so obsessive with each other. A bit smutty.

Also, there are plenty of "crazy love" when it comes to shoujo manga. I'll update the list for the shounen-ai/yaoi part later.

I didnt understand clearly if it must be a guy (in the end you write "can be boy/girl" owo) so i'd humbly recommend

I never read stories like that (they're often really lewd, right?), but I accidentally came across this manga called Zetsuai and its sequel Bronze, which are probably what you're looking for.

I've also heard that Mirage of Blaze (Novel) is warped, insane and disturbing; involving a 400-year-old unrequited, possessive lust. Since you're okay with yaoi, it should fit just fine.
